Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at Optistaff Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop captivating graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and interns, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in It and Education Industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
